kcalTerms of use
These terms cover the kcal tracking service operated by kke. Questions: karlis@kane.pe. Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the service.
Access and permitted use
Access is currently limited to Google accounts authorized by the operator. Use kcal for your own personal food and weight tracking, with an account you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person's records, bypass access controls, overload the service, or submit malicious content.
Tracking, not medical care
kcal stores your entries and calculates summaries. Food databases, labels, portion estimates and photo interpretation can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check entries and correct mistakes. kcal does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace professional advice. Do not use its estimates to make medication or other medical treatment decisions.
Your instructions and records
You decide what to log and which optional information to provide. Proposed goals require your confirmation before activation. Removing a diary entry preserves undo history; permanent deletion follows the process described in the privacy policy. Keep an export if you need an independent copy of your records.
Availability and third parties
This is an evolving service. Features may change, access may be interrupted, and access may be restricted to protect the service or other users. Google sign-in, the connected assistant, Cloudflare hosting and food-data sources also affect availability and have their own terms and policies. Reminders depend on the assistant's scheduling support and are not guaranteed.
Limitations
We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it meets every personal requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Ending use and contacting us
You can stop using and disconnect kcal at any time. Contact karlis@kane.pe for account, data or service concerns. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
